Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited (CRP) is seeking NZD$5.5m in private placement capital to finance the second application for a Marine Consent (environment permit), which is required to give effect to our 20-year granted mining permit.
INVESTMENT HIGHLIGHTS
The mining permit area is 450 km east of Christchurch, at a depth of around 400 metres on the Chatham Rise, in New Zealand territory and contains 23.4 million tonnes of medium grade rock phosphate with significant further upside potential.
