Elect Mining is a New Zealand-based gold and minerals explorer that was granted its first exploration permit on the South Island's West Coast in 2013.

It is operates the Butlers alluvial gold mine on the West Coast and is progressing further mining projects in the South Island. Elect also has joint ventures with several mining permit holders.
