Chatham Rock Phosphate is a phosphate trading company with plans to contract-mine seabed deposits of rock phosphate on the Chatham Rise. It holds a 20-year mining permit for its Chatham Rise project and in 2012 applied for five marine-phosphate prospecting permits offshore in Namibia.

The company, formed in 2004 as a spin-off from New Zealand-based Aorere Resources (formerly Widespread Portfolios), has its primary listing in Canada on the TSX. V, is listed in New Zealand on the NZAX and is also traded on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
